E’ tempo di TCA Awards, ovvero i premi che annualmente vengono assegnati ai programmi televisivi da parte della Television Critics Association, associazione formata da giornalisti e opinionisti (circa 200) sia americani che canadesi.
Sono state infatti rese note le nomination delle varie categorie che vedranno show e attori contendersi i vari riconoscimenti nelle diverse categorie, e i nomi dei vincitori verranno annunciati il prossimo 8 agosto.
Tra le serie in lizza come miglior serie Drama troviamo, tra le altre, The Americans, Game of Thrones e l’ormai concluso Mad Men, mentre nella categoria relativa ai migliori nuovi prodotti emergono Better Call Saul, Empire e The Flash.
