Pretty Little Liars: La lettera di Marlene King che commuove i fan!

Come sicuramente sapete, le riprese della serie Pretty Little Liars si sono ufficialmente concluse ed ognuno ha espresso la sua.
Ieri infatti vi avevamo mostrato, quello che era stato condiviso sui vai social, che potete vedere QUI.
Oggi però non potevamo esimervi dalla commovente lettera scritta dalla creatrice di questo show, Marlene King.

@imarleneking opens up about the end of #prettylittleliars (grab a tissue, PLL fans 😭): “Today marks the series wrap on ‘Pretty Little Liars,’ my home away from home for the last seven seasons. When I call ‘cut’ on the very last scene, all five PLLs will be in the shot. Tears will be spilled, gifts will be exchanged, and final memories will be made. The most meaningful gift, however, is that we call ourselves ‘PLL Family’ because that is how much we mean to each other. We have created a worldwide family of fans who have come together to watch and celebrate the show. Friendships have been made and sealed over the love our passionate fans have for ‘PLL.’ In an age where technology often separates people, we used social media to bring them together. In season six, Spencer quoted A. A. Milne, author of ‘Winnie the Pooh’: ‘How lucky I am to have something that makes saying good-bye so hard.’ And those words have never spoken to me so loudly. Thank you to the cast, the crew, and all the fans who have kept Rosewood alive; we would be nowhere without you. “Oggi segna la fine della serie Pretty Little Liars, la mia casa lontana da casa, per le ultime sette stagioni. Quanto urlerò “TAGLIA” nell’ultimissima scena, tutte le cinque PLLS saranno nell’inquadratura. Lacrime saranno versate, regali scambiati e ricordi saranno fatti un ultima volta. Il regalo più significativo, però è quello di poterci chiamare PLL FAMILY, perché questo è quanto contiamo l’uno per l’altra. Abbiamo creato una famiglia di fan che si estende per il mondo intero e che si riunisce per celebrare lo show. Si sono create e rafforzate amicizie, grazie all’amore che i nostri fan hanno per Pretty Little Liars. In un’epoca in cui spesso la tecnologia divide le persone, noi abbiamo usato i social media per unirle. Nella sesta stagione, Spencer cita A.A Milne, autore di Winnie The Pooh. Dice “Quanto sono fortunata ad avere qualcosa che renda così difficile dire addio”. E quelle parole non hanno mai significato per me così tanto quanto ora, grazie al cast, alla crew e ai fan che hanno tenuto viva Rosewood. Non saremmo da nessuna parte, senza di voi. E mentre questo capitolo giunge al termine, alla mia PLL family in tutto il mondo, non dirò addio. Dirò: A presto, stronzetti. -I.Marlen King”.

Parole commoventi, che fanno capire che dietro ad una serie tv non c’è solo la possibilità di interpretare un personaggio, ma quello di creare rapporti veri, momenti indimenticabili, che porterai dietro con te per sempre.
